Would australian searching google co.uk see same as uk searcher on .c

If a searcher is located in say Australia and goes onto google .co.uk
does he see the same search results as I would doing a search whilst located in the UK?

I know that for .com Google alters the results based on the ip etc but wasn't sure about country specific google tld.

If you are both logged out of your Google accounts, I think so ... but I'm not 100%
