Is metacrawler a pay for inclusion search engine ?
Is it worth it ?

It is certainly a Meta Search engine using Google Adwords PPC ads for revenue.

Whether it has its own Pay for Inclusion/Pay for Position results I'm not sure.

It isn't a great traffic source.
