Hello, how do i stop google worldwide indexing my Co.uk site next to my .Com site in the main google search, and being only indexed in the Google Uk site, i have added my site to webmaster tools and pick the local only, thanks.

Why would you want to stop Google doing this?
If you have a .co.uk site targetting UK visitors and a .com site targetting a worldwide audience, should you not leave it to Google to determine how the two sites are ranked in their engine?
