Tiscali search results don't work with query strings!

Has anyone else noticed that Tiscali results can't handle querystrings or nonstandard characters.

It sends the visitor in the following way

www.example.co.uk/page.php%3Fsearch%3Dphrase

instead of

www.example.co.uk/page.php?search=phrase

Although they don't send many people it is annoying.

Could you possibly use a pattern matching rewrite rule to send them to the correct page? Would make sure you get the benefit for the referrals.
