Hi,

I have a UK hosted site which performs very well in google.co.uk

However, sometimes I note that just some of the sites pages appear and do well in google.com

From further investigation I found that two of my competitors (both UK hosted) are doing really well in both the .com and .co.uk directories.

Am I missing something simple? How do I get beter results in google.com as a UK hosted site? Any suggestions welcome.

well i do well in both google co.uk and .com if i want to rank high in the uk and don't care about the .com... then its uk hosted and domain name tld uk based (co.uk)

if i want to rank well in both i tend to go uk hosted - us tld .org or .com the theme links from US sites

We do very well on www.google.com with our .co.uk site hosted in the US, Some people will disagree with this but all our sites are hosted in the US and are top 10 in www.google.co.uk as well with no problems at all.
