Nice find. I think that Shopping.com/Dealtime are on a bit of a distribution push at the moment. Perhaps it is the Yahoo purchase of Kelkoo that has them a little worried.
Should we expect MSN to attempt to buy Shopping.com as a counter to Yahoo?
Does an IPO preclude a buyout, or at least the purchase of a controlling share of the stocks?

I think they are only selling around 25% of the shares in the IPO so in theory another company could buy a majority stake without having to buy any of the shares back that will be issued in the IPO.

btw, noticed a pop up pushing the UK version is also dsplayed on deep inbound pages, not just the home page
