In the present company, I don't think I'll mention the old (converse) phrase that comes to mind.

Hmmm, thanks NFFC and oldtimer, I think we knew it was coming, but I've not spotted it yet. I tried about 20 separate searches on av.com, two separate dialups during today and spotted nothing yet. Perhaps they are still testing.
In some respects, I hope it works as positioning in av uk has been easier (for us uk-based sites) than av.com.
Keep watching the referred traffic to see is their is a boost from av.uk

You may have a cookie somewhere, try deleting them [if you really want to see it].
If this still doesn't work search for something with UK in the string and it should pop up when you next return.

I submitted a .com site to AV.com the spider turned up. Submitted a co.uk site to AV.com AV spider turned up immediately followed by /brillo - significant do you think?

NFFC - I'll try a new dialup with NS browser and see what I get.
oldtimer - i've been trying to fathom brillo and still not sure. I thought brillo might have been visiting to remove from the database for other reasons (spam removal). From what you suggest, perhaps it is the "great uk shift"

The co.uk site is still indexed on AV com but doesn't do well (does very well in AV-uk) so if Brillo is removing, it's only that page submittal (which is still indexed - but I can't be sure whether it was somewhere in the depths or not before resubmitting) Perhaps it's just removing a duplicate?
