Nice to see that Google responding to our newly hysterically ferverous National Patron Saints day by issuing a Collectors Edition g.co.uk facia.
Does this mean an update for UK only, as per the thanksgiving update 18 months ago?
Spider traffic over past 7 days would certainly suggest it might?

Portugal and Catalonia also have St. George as their patron saint. However the Portuguese search page doesn't have the logo either.

As a matter of interest does anyone know why we dumped St.Edmond of the Angles as our patron Saint for this foreigner.

Well JudgeJeffries
St Patrick was english, Patrick was born in Britain around 360 A.D. When he was 16 years old, Irish pirates kidnaped him.
So want I like St George's day :) We should get time off work for it :)

St Patrick was Romano-British not English. I don't think that England existed then. Anyway St Patrick was on work experience in Ireland and he liked it so much he stayed there. ;) But then wasn't St George a Turk or Roumainian?

When did mythology ever make sense Yidaki? :) Next they will be appointing a patron saint of Google updates. Probably St. Jude - the patron saint of hopeless cases.
