Most of the top 10 appear to be overture. The top listing (not numbered) looks to be internal freeserve features.

At least one of those top listings is from WebFinder.

It is all Overture in the main search results. The very top results are arranged with Freeserve or filled by Freeserve themselves when users look for something which Freeserve offers (trave, mobile phone rings etc).
The ones on the right hand side are sold by Freeserve as an added benefit to their partners.
