Hi

Who is the largest home ISP in the UK.

Is it AOL, Freeserve, Virgin...etc.

If anyone has percentages of sector use that would be great.

The big five are: Freeserve, AOL, Tiscali, BT, NTL, then Virgin. Virgin may even be lower on the foodchain than this

Again, it also depends on dial-up ISP or Broadband?

You might want to also include the following:

Demon and Pipex.

Are they just dial up figures? I thought NTL and Telewest joined forces (blueyonder) for broadband?

Looks like those stats are a mixture of dial-up and broadband.

Also, don't forget many of those stats will include the pay as you go type services and many ISPs will include those customers in their figures even though they may not be active users.

The important figure one should be looking at is "active" cusotmers.
