Twitter Releases "Circle" For Smaller Crowds

Earlier this year Twitter was testing "Circle" [webmasterworld.com], which is a way to tweet to a smaller crowd. News in that it has released Twitter Circle on Android, iOS and twitter.com globally.

Look out for the option to share the tweet to the circle, or a full followers list. Circles can have up to 150 people in the list.
