According to reports, Twitter considered acquiring Clubhouse with a valuation of around $4 billion.

Apparently, that's not going ahead.

$4 billion for an app which didn't exist 14 months ago. That's a shorter time span than the current pandemic and a spectacular ROI for a two-person startup.

I agree, $4 billion seems a crazy figure, especially for something which is still only iOS.
