Twitter has fixed an Android OS 8 and 9 security vulnerability and 96% of users already have the patch installed. There are 4% of users not updated where this vulnerability could allow a bad actor to access private twitter data on their device, all via a malicious app.
Twitter urges everyone using twitter for android to update their app.
