I have a client who wishes to suppress certain search results for his name. As part of my strategy, I've utilized a Twitter account with his name (fake here in this example) - Example Johnson - to take up real estate at the top of the search results in Google. However, his most recent tweets only show when searching Dr. Example Johnson, but not on the searches of the name variants, e.g. Example Johnson or Example Johnson MD. This is strange to me because his Twitter handle and bio do not use the keyword "doctor" or "Dr."
Is there a way to optimize his Twitter account so his top tweets show up in Google search results for all variants of his name?
Thank you in advance.
