With rumors of a sale, it would make sense to roll out as much as possible for posturing.

Moments is (in the final analysis) permission to steal others' comments (tweets) as "your" Moment. More clutter and ultimately more opportunity for wrong on the world wide web.

A pretty lame feature that requires no work other than curating a few threads.
