The native Twitter mobile app just got a minor face lift. That tool bar at the bottom is now gone, replaced by a blue circular tweet icon bottom-right, slightly resembling the red circular post icon Google+ added in their last update.
The remaining Twitter functions are all up at the top. Not sure if this is just an Android update since I don't use iOS.
