Twitter to Drop Support for Standalone Tweetdeck For Windows in April

Twitter is making it a better login experience when using twitter.com, analytics.twitter.com and tweetdeck, but, importantly, it's going to stop supporting the tweetdeck for Windows desktop application from April 15th, 2016.
This will not affect tweetdeck for the web.
That's support removal is a frustrating change for me as I use it a fair amount, and it reminds me of the time when the original tweedeck was ceremoniously dropped.

I really preferred the original app too, but the web version eventually won me over. I guess I knew they had the Windows app still, but hadn't used it for years.
