Twitter Tweets Out of Order

According to reports, Twitter is testing tweets out of order. Unless it's a bug, or some other experiment gone awry, this is an odd arrangement, imho.

I saw this news elsewhere. Google+ does this and it's annoying when you are trying to catch up with what you missed while away.
