Hello, curious if anyone else has seen horrid match rates when building a tailored audience on twitter's ad platform. Even using user IDs, the size of the final available audience we see is less than 30% of the original file. This troubles me for a several reasons, mostly because it seems to mean that the majority of twitter accounts are dead. This is not from emails, which I understand would have a bad match rate, this is from twitter id's or twitter usernames. Any ideas why?
