On Tuesday night, Airdemon reported that hackers had leaked around 55,000 Twitter usernames and passwords onto Pastebin. Twitter quickly told reporters that of the 55,000, more than 20,000 were duplicate accounts, and many others were spam accounts. As a precautionary measure, Twitter sent password reset emails to all users listed in the five-page online dump.
