I toyed with the idea to come with a RSS feed on my site, I believe that it could be a good mean of keeping users posted on what going on, almost in "real time" as a refresh is needed to show the last posts.
Requirements:
You need to be able to edit your site
Able to upload PHP script
And have a basic PHP knowledge.
FYI: You are on your own as Twitter, a while ago has pulled its direct link to any RSS feed.
Read the whole post, grab the code and apply my last modif to limit the number of Tweets to show.
