I have created a Podcast but I don't know how to market them in the best possible way in order to gain more Exposure. Any suggestion would be really appreciated.

The ordinary way is to make your podcasts, keep them available, and then tell as many as you know that it exists, get to them to come and "see/hear" and hope they tell others. Meanwhile jump on your SM, whatever it might be, and invite those folks to take a "look/listen".
As with anything new, you have to find first responders and hope they tell all their friends, too.
Nothing magical. There's no computer algo that will get you an audience, only word of mouth from satisfied visitors.

Use social media(Organically) to market your podcast. The marketing of podcasts is best when you are a personal brand yourself. People are more likely to listen to someone they know and they also know that that same person provides real value with his/her content. You can also bank on word-to-mouth marketing but for that firstly, you need to create some trust with your current audience or followers. Other than that podcasts rely on the organic search for your keyword and your position on the results page.
