What might the ideal social media management and marketing tool do?

I would love to hear how a completely reimagined would solution look like, which means I'd appreciate not thinking in terms of existing tools, although that's fine and acceptable as well.

If you're already using some tool, what is it missing?
What could it do better?
Are there any two or three existing tools you would merge to get there?

What is more important to you, simplicity or completeness of features?

Managing Social Media will help you to connect with the world and help your brand or company for promotion. By social media we can do easily promotion of our brands, you do not need to go door to door for promoting your self. How does it work? There are many social media platforms are available such as facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram and many more, you can use this platforms. Obviously it will save your money because you need only internet for this while in outdoor marketing you have to pay for banner and advertisement, here you can create your own advertise. I am using buffer, hootsuite, zoho for scheduling posts but missing part is you wont be able to see your targeted audience whether they are watching your adds or not. I wish we had tool like that.

I can tell you about the tool that i am currently using.
That is Buffer.
It helps me to Save time by Scheduling the posts at one single time. Wheather for next day, next week or next month etc.
What does it do for you, what problems does it solve?

How does it work, what features does it have?
We can add our post directly from buffer just by entering the website Url.
If we have products related website then for particular product its easy to put url and its done.

How does it help you save time/money/energy?
Its paid one. Of course time and energy saving because you will get all your Social media at one place.

I didn't find any missing thing in it.
Easy to use and its working perfectly for me.
