when a user likes our business page is there a way to make the follower who is following us see and hear about our content first os does Facebook always set this to default:

In your News feed:
See First
Default
Unfollow

Notifications:
All Off
On (live Video)
Off

FB users who have followed your business page should be receiving any new updates you post right in their news feed but that will depend on their settings. FB users control their settings. Remember that"Likes" are different than "Follows".

If someone Follows your business page it usually means that they are interested and want to see your news so it will appear in their newsfeed.
