Search Metrix not showing any social visibility

Hey all,

New to the forums here.

Was looking at searchmetrics and noticed that our social visibility is a big fat 0. I can not quite figure out why ours is sitting at a 0. We are active on Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Google +, Pintrest.

Any ideas and or suggestions would be truly appreciated.

Are you seeing different metrics in your ad accounts? I would look at those metrics to decide if you need to up your ad budget.

Was basically trying to figure out how the searchmetrics works.
