Do I need a HTML Sitemap

Is html sitemap important and how it will help in seo rankings.

The website of a BPO service provider consists of around 30 pages and includes a blog section with regularly updated posts. Although the site has an XML sitemap, it currently lacks an HTML sitemap.

I understand that an HTML sitemap can enhance user navigation. Beyond this, does it also positively impact SEO rankings?

A HTML sitemap is for your users, it should be a guide to what they can find on the site with descriptions for each page. in general, a better user experience is beneficial for SEO, but it isn't a magic bullet.

Thank you for that, do you have recommendation of Plugin for this? The website is using wordpress cms.

Just create the page you want and post it, add it to your menu. It can be created using your 'pages' xml sitemap as a guideline. It is simply a list with links and descriptions for your visitors.
