Welcome to Webmasterworld!
Are you saying your raw logs show no other crawling at all? Just the home page?
Aside, how many urls in your sitemap? Make sure that is in compliance or it will be rejected.

Not crawled, or not indexed? It's really important to be clear on the difference.

Ooh, hashbangs, a couple years back there was a whole flurry of discussions about how to handle those, and what Google does with a # when it doesn't just represent a fragment.
In fact, you might want to do a search on this forum for "hashbang" and read some of the threads.
in addition to checking your logs for crawling activity i would also try fetch as googlebot to see how googlebot crawls and renders your site. are you excluding any bots from crawling javascript?

Check out our Robots.txt file to make sure that everything is Ok with it. Also, submit your sitemap again and fetch your inner pages in Google Webmaster.
