I have wordpress website, when i check my posts in google result i see only my categories as an url.

Google Serp snippet is smt like this. It shows category of the post and there is also little arrow down next to category says cached.

----------------------------
My Post Title - Domain.com
www.domain.com > Category
Meta Description
---------------------------

However my real post url is smt like this;
www.domain.com/my-post-title/

why google search result does not show full url? and also does it effect to my SEO if it doesn't show full url?

Google has tested many different displays for serps and this is one variation. This doesn't impact SEO rankings. This is more about Google trying to provide better UI on the serps. You have no control over this so I would focus my efforts on improving my website.

What you are seeing is a breadcrumb rich snippet. Google usually shows this kind of snippet when your site's breadcrumbs are marked with schema (http://www.data-vocabulary.org/Breadcrumb/) or data vocabulary (http://www.data-vocabulary.org/Breadcrumb/) microdata.

If you don't want the rich snippet you can try to look for markup code in your breadcrumbs and remove it.
