As you can see, it shows the amount submitted and indexed on the tab (391/123), but if you look at the graph, it actually shows almost double the amount for both (786/260).

Is this a bad thing? Could it have anything to do with https?

Anyone? I'm noticing that webmaster tools is showing that pages are still indexed for our unsecure site. Shouldn't it have flatlined at 0?

Google is not handling the https migrations very well. I wouldn't worry about WMT reports as much as what your anlaytics is reporting. You might want to make sure your sitemap & redirects are setup correctly and that you don't have an old legacy file that is still feeding to Google.

I believe everything was done correctly, but most was handled by wp engine.

In the following video, Pierre Far discusses how your http site should flatline in GWT. [youtube.com...]

Did you make changes to your account in Webmaster Tools and Analytics? WP engine can't do that. Your Analytics and GWT accounts are showing the old URL until you change them.

Sorry, should have been more specific. Yes, I've done all of that. I think I just have http pages that have been really slow to index under https.
