Can anyone recommend a XML Sitemap creator for a site with well north of 100,000k + pages? Most I've found stop at 49999.

Technically, from what I remember, the maximum number of URLs in a sitemap file is 50,000. You would have to break them into separate sitemap files if you have more than 50K pages.
