Tried upload their new files to server and press verify.

Failed

Do you encounter the same problem ? or just me.

I haven't had a problem but it is possible this is a new issue. Make sure you are following every step exactly.

Same to me in the past, i logged in and discovered they changed the files and need upload them all again.

But this time verification failed

just delete the site from the wmt and add it again making sure to verify while addin the site

delete all sites and add again works
