the red X on video sitemap (Google) code 'looks' ok?

Can anyone figure out why I can't get this video xml Sitemap to be accepted by Google Webmaster Tools? I edited out some of the optional fields and am now down to the basics... and it still gets the red X:
If the code isn't accepted on this post (TOS?) I would be more than happy to provide it for inspection... thanks :-)

Have you tried adding http to the player loc?

I added http:// and problem solved --- I couldn't see the forest for the trees ;-)
