Verification of WW5 and other non-www sites in Google Webmaster Tools

Is there a way to verify WW5.domain.com websites in Google Webmaster Files

Hi All,
Is there a way to verify WW5.domain.com domains within Google Webmaster files?

My assumption would be to verify the traditional way, but given that there are domain preferences for www and non-www I was not sure if Google would recognize the WW5.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Since it is not "www" I would assume that Google would handle it the same way they verify any subdomain you submit to them. Just upload the tag or html file and proceed as normal. The Google Webmaster Central FAQ cover this very clearly.

WW5.domain.com would be the non-www option.

The www option would be www.WW5.domain.com here.
