Are there scripts that allow the visitor to sign up for to be notified when the site is changed. I have see this on other sites, but unfortunately, can't recall one right now.
If anyone knows if a script, please let me know

hotscripts.com. There are many such scripts. Most are under the generic email subscription categories (newsletters, that sort of thing).
