Upload to cgi.bin. Newbie need some help...

I'm a complete ignoramus, have never been jazzing around with scripts.
Now I've got a perl script I need to upload to the server (remote). But I'm a bit shaky, because it need to have 12-15 paths written, and I could use some guidance (I know I'm a chicken...).
Can mail you the directories so you'll see the structure, and the script.
I suppose it'll take 15 minutes for someone who knows this.
