I might hit a snag!

A) I am daily dealing with PHP and my PERL knowledge is close to zero
B) Oscomm is not PHP5 compliant

So I would like giving interchange a trial

Install is done
But the demo installed shows only one "special" in the center col
And only a couple of products in the right col

I wish to use the right col for the special
And display within the center col 3 or 4 rows of 2 products each

How can it be done?

I looked at the admin, can manage it
However do not figure how I can tweak interchange to my needs

If this is going to be diving in PERL I will then try to find a coder that can do it for me
Problem is that on this project the client has not a ton of cash at hand!

On the Interchange site there is a tutorial that takes you from nothing to a complete store. Go through that, and it makes the foundation demo a lot easier to digest.

however it requires a PERL knowldege thart I do not have
and I do not have enough time at hand to try making sense out of it
eiterh I will find a PERL coder that can do it in less than 4 hours or I will purchase for that project an affordable PHP cart
