The fields we use would be:
- personal details like name, institution etc.
- arrival-departure time and place
No problem, this can any form-mail or guestbook do.
Then we would need a few radio buttons like
..yes/no I want give presentation
Also no problem, this can be like default=empty is no, clicking is yes
The most problematic would be accommodation and counting the fees.
For example, we would offer several types-locations for accommodation
yes/no single at 40 $, yy nights @ 40$ = amount xx
yes/no double at 25 $ yy nights @ 25$ = amount xx
There will be also registration fees (yes/no buttons for which type) and some other payments. The nicest would be if there would be a field "Total" automatically adding all fees together.
Apart from adapting the normal guestbook, anybody has any tips where to find free templates?
Is using a form for a shopping cart an option? If so, any idea where to get a free and useful template; no experience with this. Besides, we don't have online-payment option; its only registration.

It's something what we do not have on this IRM package and since this is not for a permanent shop but for conference registration, I prefer not to switch packages again.
