Classified ADS Script with these features

Hi Guys..

I am looking for a classified ads PHP script that does the following:

1- Register users.

2- Can browse according to categories and according to geographic location.

3- Has featured ads.

4- Good search engine.

5- Discussion feature where buyers can discuss items with sellers (Not email, not private messages, but guestbook style discussion for each item posted).

Do you know any good ones?

if you don't.. what is the best script you know?

I've never seen an ads script with a discussion feature. But the better PHP classifieds scripts I've seen and/or used are Noah's Classfieds (free and no longer supported by the developer) and GeoClassifieds (not free at [geodesicsolutions.com...] Both allow some degree of customization.

Rather than starting a new thread, I'm also looking for a classified ads scripts.

I'm wondering about FirstClass Classifieds but I've been unable to come up with any reviews or testimonials. Does anyone have any experience of using this script or views on it?
