Keeping my address out of the auto-response

after visitor fill in the enquiry form, they will receive an automotic respone mail code as below...

mail($Email,"$autosubject","$automessage","From: $recipientname <$recipientemail>");

if i don want let vistor know my email, that means $recipientemail, but i tried to delete the <$recipientemail>, it can work well for me. any idea? how can i do it?

Why not just create a different email address on hotmail or some other free service and use that as the From: email address?
