Help! with HTML perl message board

questions about setting up message board

Hello,

I'm trying to install a simple message board...But I have no idea what I'm looking at.

This is a SourceForge message board:

I don't understand the install instructions... I'm not a programer.. I would appreciate it if someone could explain this in simple terms for those of us who are php/perl impaired. (Help!)

I want to use this message board for mobile phones (in Japan). If someone could tell me if I am wasting my time it would be great.

Don't bother with that script, it's very old. Why did that message board attract your attention?

It got my attention because it is all html. I want it to work across all cellphone types.

Do you have a better idea?

It took so long to reply. I didn't have this question flagged. Now it is and I'm all ears. ;)

Sorry, I have no suggestions. Maybe the old script/message board will work for whatever you are trying to do.
