FTP via script from server to server

Hi,

Does anyone know of a script (Perl or PHP) that can log into a FTP account, download a folder, and then FTP it up into another server?

Sort of like a GET and then a PUT.

If it's linux this can be done with a bash script really really easily.

Schoolbag, it's VERY easy to write using Net::Ftp module from CPAN.
