FormMail: 3 copies of every email!

FormMail 1.92 sends 3 copies of each email

I'm running the standard 1.92 FormMail and everything works perfectly except it sends me 3 copies of every email on submission. Two are from my actual email address and one is from the email address I type into the "email" variable in the form.

What do I have to do to fix it?

This is going to sound stupid but I have done it myself so I have got to ask. I once had this but it was because I had my email address A in the to field, my email address B either in the to, cc or bcc fields and the person filling out the form got an email. Therefore, I recieved 3 copies.

It sounds silly but is worth checking.

Thanks Chris, the copy that goes back to the person submitting the form is definitely one of the three emails. I'm in the recipient field, so that's number two. Now, I'll have to check for the third... funny, I didn't recall reading in the readme file that the person submitting gets a confirmation copy.
