Yes. they should be 644 for all files in .db. This info is in the install.txt file.

They only answer their emails up to 30 days after you purchase the program and most of those answers are not related to the question at hand and are purposely vague so as to encourage their clients to have to pay for tech support at $100 per hour. I know because we purchased the commerce edition and have been led astray re special features we required. Do a search on the net for e-classified reviews and you'll see what I mean.
