Iam need a script so that visitors can enter up to five email addresses of their friends, and then when the submit the form it emails all of those people with my email message if all five email addresses are filled out(or otherwise alerts the user with an error message), and stores the submitted email addresses in a text file.
I looked on hotscript page but noone is not good for me.
Hey I don't want spam or give email foward, this kind I need to make the game catch the rabbit and I need email to determine who is the winner, every 2 weeks I choose the winner,Awards will be tree product.

You did not say what langage you were looking to do this in. You will needa server technology like ASP or PHP. Hotscripts have loads of both, I know you said you looked but there are lot.
Only a suggestion but I would consider the removing your offer of payment, things like that are a little frowned upon.
The right place for a request like that is probably the commercail exchange
