Brouser Output Logger needed

Firstly Brett, congrats on a great site, informative AND enjoyable!

To all,

I need to put together SE profiles for some of the lesser Engines, particularly here in China and Asia, tosubmit various sites to. So I am assuming (always dangerous) that I need a program that logs the output of my Browser to capture the string sent back to the SE when submitting a site. Anyone know of a suitable program for PC??

Or am I missing something simple??
