Help! I need some Buddy.

Well, ive spent the last two days trying to get this search script to work right. I want to set it up to search just a single driectory on my site. But i can even get it installed, let alone make it only search one directory. Could any one take a look at it and give me a quick run down of how they would go about installing it heres the url to it.
Its the KSearch One...

Any help on this would be appreciated a ton.

I read thru the documentation and it looks pretty straight forward. Maybe if you could give a little more specific info.

1. What exactly doesn't work? (
ex. A: I put the link in my html and click on it and get an error: page not found
ex. B: I type my words in the text box and say search and it comes back with no results
ex. C: I change the values in the configuration.pl file and I run the indexer and it tries to query all of my files.

Any error messages copy/pasted from you screen could also help. What platform are you on (win/unix). What version perl do you have installed?

I know either myself or any number of other dedicated soles could help you install the script, I just have a morals question that I am not sure about. This company offers there script for free and charges for installation help. Is trying to be helpful undermining this companies sales efforts?
