Apple has, for a long time now, been pushing new smartphones products and its latest to come is the iPhone 15. The fanboys and girls will continue to snap up the latest and greatest. However, many people are happy with their handsets (Android included), and don't need to upgrade: Yet the industry continues on this cycle of production.
I wonder if people are really thinking harder about using the world's resources much more than previously, putting off sales for an upgrade either when needed, or when a major feature makes it worthwhile. I'm in the latter category and will hang onto the phone until something breaks, or an upgrade makes it really worthwhile.
