windows hangs with the wireless card WG311T from Netgear

I have wireless card WG311T from Netgear installed on my PC,
but WIN XP PRO SP2 is hanging completely each time
if I connect via wireless.

if the computer hangs, Num Lock and Ctrl-Alt-Delete don't work
and I must press the power button.

this is very strange!

I've tried already these all drivers:

but it doesn't help.

this problem occurs even if I'm using a Netgear WG311T wirelles assistent
or windows wireless tool.

new windows installation doesn't help.
I've done all online updates and patches.

I had the same problems with this wireless card under WIN2000 SP4.
this wireless card works excellent under linux on the same hardware.
