BTTrayCE Error

have just bought an Ipaq h1940 and when turned on I get a message -
"Then Bluetooth Radio failed to turn on due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn ON the Bluetooth Radio."

After doing a normal and hard reset I still get the message. I have taken out extra SD memory just in case of incompatibility but no luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

What might be the problem is that a program is loading up and taking up enough memory space that it doesn't have enough left to run the bluetooth drivers.

1. Select Start --> Settings.
2. Click the System tab.
3. Click the Memory icon.
4. Click the Running Programs tab.
5. Select the program you want to close, and click Stop. If you want to close all programs listed, click Stop All.
6. Click OK.

Then retry the bluetooth drivers
