I don't have an iphone so have been checking sites on several mobile simulators and the websites all look fine except one site - the moblie simulators revert to the full browser screen on this one site instead of the small screen of the simulator.
I took out the base href tag and also the pop out of frames script to see if that was the cause and it's still doing it. I also checked another site with base href and pop out of frames script included and it works fine in the simulator. I"m reluctant to undo the canonical fix for www in htaccess as the other site has the same fix and it works fine in the simulator as do other sites I've tried.
Is there anything else that could cause a mobile simulator to open the page in a full browser screen?
